Orders are paid through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Trade Desk Co. never sees your full card number.

Launching early December 2026. Orders are not open yet; we are not taking payments or pre-orders. Delivery estimates below apply after dispatch once ordering opens.

We do not ship to the EU, Norway or Iceland yet.

Dispatch
Launching early December 2026. Orders are not open yet; we are not taking payments or pre-orders. Carrier delivery time starts after dispatch and can vary by destination.
Packing
Every order is packed by hand in the UK and sent tracked. You get an email with the tracking link when it leaves.
Returns
14 days to change your mind.
You can cancel any order within 14 days of the day after it arrives, for any reason. Before dispatch, email us and we refund everything.
After delivery, email contact@tradedeskco.com with your order number or use the cancellation form, then send the products back within 14 days to: Costly Oak Limited (Trade Desk Co.), 5 Edgehill Chase, Wilmslow, SK9 2DJ, United Kingdom.
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund the products and the delivery charge you paid within 14 days of getting them back. Books that have been written in may get a reduced refund.

If something arrives wrong

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us with the order reference and a photo. We pay the return postage and offer a refund, repair or replacement in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
